1. Introduction

By using Silima's Parlor’s website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payments

Bookings for services can be made online or in person. Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows will incur a fee or forfeit the deposit.

4. Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable once rendered. In the event of a service issue, we may offer a re-do or alternative resolution at our discretion.

5. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect their service. We reserve the right to refuse service if it poses a risk to health or safety.

6. Personal Information

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data.

7. Liability

Silima's Parlor is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from services provided unless due to negligence on our part.

8. Modifications to Services and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before their next appointment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, logos, and service descriptions, is owned by Silima's Parlor and cannot be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Silima's Parlor operates.

11. Virtual Ascendance

    With this membership, you get twelve readings that you can use once a month within twelve months. You get six virtual and six specialized readings with the twelve readings. You will be limited to one reading a month. It is your choice in the order in which you want to use them. You can choose from the list of readings I provided when picking one of your six virtual readings or one of your six specialized readings.

    Outside of the twelve readings, I have given you four free readings on the elements. You will need to schedule when you want to receive them, and you must do so within twelve months.

    I recommend scheduling your readings a couple of months ahead to ensure you get the day and time you want. If you schedule an in-person reading, I will need at least three days ahead so we can make arrangements for that. For now, most of my readings will be done online. Also, you will need to let me know if you are sensitive to smells because I
    will have sage or oils going in the background and want you to be as comfortable as possible.

    You can cancel your membership at any time, but you will lose your remaining readings. If you miss a payment, you will not receive a reading for that month, and you will lose a reading. If you schedule one of your elemental readings in the same month that you missed your payment, you will also lose that reading.

12. Virtual Transcendence

    You get twelve readings, four virtual readings, and eight specialized readings. With these twelve readings, you will be limited to one reading a month so each month you will be able to schedule a reading either a virtual one or a specialized one. It is your choice on the order that you want to use them in. You can choose from the list of readings
    for one of your four virtual readings or the list of options for one of your eight specialized readings.

    Plus, you can choose if you want the seasonal, equinox, and solstice readings emailed to you or to schedule a virtual reading. These readings must be on a specific day, so the virtual readings will be limited on a first-come basis. So make sure you get your schedule if you want your reading virtual; otherwise, I will email you your reading. These readings do not count towards your one reading a month so in the months that these land in you will get two readings.

    Outside of the twelve readings, the seasonal, equinox, and solstice readings I have given you four free readings on the elements. You will need to schedule when you want to receive them, and you must do so within twelve months.

    They are using them or lose them you cannot schedule two readings in thirty days and I understand that sometimes life gets busy so I will give you an additional month after your twelve months are up to use one up if you have not used them all on the twelve-month time frame.

13. Intimate Guidance

    You get twelve reading, four virtual readings and eight specialized reading. With these twelve readings you will be limited to one reading a month so each month you will be able to schedule a reading either a virtual one or a specialized one. It is your choice on the order that you want to use them in. You can choose from the list of reading for
    one of your four virtual readings or from the list of options for one of your eight specialized readings.

    Plus, you can choose if you want these readings emailed to you or to schedule a virtual reading for these readings. These readings must be on a specific day, so the virtual readings will be limited on a first-come basis. So, ensure you get your schedule if you want your reading virtual; otherwise, I will email you your reading. These readings
    do not count towards your one reading a month, so in the months that the Solstice and Equinox land in, you will get extra readings those months, and with the New Moon and Full Moon each month, they also do not count towards your once a month reading. So, with this package, you will get three readings each month; in some months, you will get four.

    They are a use them or lose them you cannot schedule two reading in a thirty day period and I understand that sometimes life gets busy so I will give you an additional month after your twelve months are up to use one up if you have not used them all on the twelve month time frame.
